Rob's company did a complete overhaul of our bathroom a couple of years ago, and transformed it from something from the 1980s, poorly designed and fitted (with rusted 'chrome' fitments) and made it look 21st C. Everyone who visits marvels at the bathroom.

Rob's team installed our GCH 3 years ago, and refitted our bathroom. They continue to service our boiler and effect the odd minor repair. I would not use anyone else for plumbing/heating work. Their work is highly professional, through Hannah they communicate clearly and well about timescales of the job, and Rob has a great work ethic that allows people within his team to grow and develop. What's not to like?

You were marvellous both Rob and Ryan. We noticed on Thursday 28 Dec that our C/H had not come on. Our attempts to restart it did not work so I contacted Rob and he called me within an hour. A couple of hours later Rob called again to say that Ryan would come the next day at 9am. By 1030am our CH was fully functioning. As I said a wonderful response so thank you both very much. I was sorry to interrupt your holiday but delighted that you came to our aid.
